Where is the Meeting Point for the Tour?

Hotels, and Airbnb… Based on the information provided, your Receipt will have your meeting instructions, Times, and the name of your Guide who will come and meet you at your Place.
Tours to the Main Land have the same Meeting Point, which is the Downtown Ferry Pier. Meeting Instructions will appear on your Receipt.

Cozumel has 3 Cruise Ship Ports: Puerta Maya, International and the one in Down Town named Punta Langosta. We will meet with you at your Port of Arrival, where your Tour will begin.

IMPORTANT – Not all of our Excursions have a starting point at your Port of Arrival. Please feel free to contact us to find out more about your Meeting Point.

What’s your return policy?

We will Refund any of your Purchases for all the Cancellations within 3 Days’ Notice of your Purchase–no questions asked.
